FOUNDER · 25+ YEARS IN DIAMONDSSneha Shah has spent more than twenty-five years in the diamond trade, from the cutting tables and grading rooms of the industry to the design of finished jewellery. That quarter-century taught her two things: that a diamond's beauty is a matter of craft, and that the way diamonds were sold kept their finest qualities out of reach for most people.
In 2015 she founded Dileti to change that, bringing a direct-to-consumer approach to lab-grown diamonds in Europe. Her vision remains the one the house is built on today: Antwerp craftsmanship, exceptional artistry, and honest pricing, offered openly to everyone.
