14-Day Returns

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery.

All approved returns are issued as store credit or gift card, fully redeemable on future purchases.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition, including:

Original packaging

All accompanying documentation

Complimentary Returns

We offer free returns on all eligible orders.
Dileti covers the cost of return shipping so you can shop with confidence.

 

How to Return

1. Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team:

Our team will provide a return label along with packing instructions.

 

2. Prepare Your Package

Please ensure the following:

  1. Include all original packaging and documentation
  2. Include the return packing slip
  3. Include any diamond certificates (a €100 fee applies if not returned)
  4. Pack your item securely:
  5. Place the jewellery in its original box
  6. Place the jewellery box inside a shipping box (original or FedEx box recommended)
  7. Insert the return slip inside the package
  8. Seal the box and attach the prepaid return label
  9. For security, do not reference jewellery or diamonds anywhere on the package.

 

3. Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at a staffed FedEx location.

 

Please note:

Do not use FedEx drop boxes

Retain your shipping receipt as proof of insurance

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your store credit within 3 business days.

 

All refunds are issued as:

Store credit or gift card (100% redeemable)

No refunds to the original payment method
